Book a Gown Collection

If you have rented your gown and are looking to return it, you can either drop it at your local post office or book a collection from the Royal Mail. To book a collection visit https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems and follow these steps:

Please note that same day collections are not offered. This means you need to book the collection in by the day after your ceremony to ensure it is collected and scanned within the two day return window. If you miss this window then you will need to drop the gown at the post office instead to avoid incurring late fees.

There is no charge for postage or collection, provided you enter the barcode shown on your prepaid return label which was sent with your parcel.
