Domestic Orders

We offer three delivery options for purchased items:

Standard Delivery (£5)

  • Sent via Royal Mail 48 hour service
  • Delivery guaranteed in 2-5 working days
  • Fully tracked

Express Delivery (£12)

  • Sent via Royal Mail next day service
  • Delivery guaranteed in 1-2 working days
  • For orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri it will be delivered next working day
  • Fully tracked

Pre-9am Delivery (£30)

  • Sent via Royal Mail Special Pre-9am Delivery
  • For orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs it will be delivered before 9am the next day
  • Fully tracked

International Orders

We offer three delivery options for international deliveries:

International Post to Europe (£20)

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked International
  • Delivery takes 2-3 weeks
  • Fully tracked
  • The buyer is responsible for any additional fees such as taxes, duties or customs that may be applied in their country 

International Post to Outside Europe (£35)

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked International
  • Delivery takes 4-5 weeks
  • Fully tracked
  • The buyer is responsible for any additional fees such as taxes, duties or customs that may be applied in their country 

International Courier (£60)

  • Sent via reputable international courier such as Parcelforce, FedEx, DHL or UPS (exact choice will depend on parcel weight and destination)
  • Delivery takes 3-5 working days
  • Fully tracked
  • The buyer is responsible for any additional fees such as taxes, duties or customs that may be applied in their country 

Hired Items

Where orders are placed well in advance, we will pack and send out your hired stock via Royal Mail second class nine days before your ceremony date. This means they will arrive at least two days before your ceremony date. If your ceremony is two days away and you have not yet received your gown please contact us.

If you place your hire order within seven days of your ceremony date we recommend selecting 'Express Shipping' at checkout to make sure it arrives in time.

The shipping cost for hired items includes a prepaid Royal Mail return label. You do not need to pay for your own return postage to send the items back to us, you just need to affix the return label to the package and drop it at a post office.

Please note we do not offer international shipping for hired items.
